Life Saver!

This is truly a real help in falling asleep and staying asleep. It's got a lot of great things in it and doesn't make you feel weird in the morning. I love it!

Sleep assistant without a morning hangover

This is a gentle product that definitely aids in the sleeping process both going to sleep and getting back to sleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I can't take anything else for fear of a groggy AM. I can take this product up until 3ish AM and still wake up without a "hangover" at 630AM. It gently helps me get to sleep and get back to sleep, if i need it. It's not habit forming either which is a huge plus.
